Using the LabelMill, LM6000ARS AutoRound System, configured with a LabelMill Label Applicator automatically applies labels to round products, .5” up to 1” OD. The product hopper loads the products into the custom carousel drum to allow the operator to continuously load products to be quickly and precisely labeled. The system automatically senses when a product is not present in the drum to prevent mis-labeling. A centralized touch screen control allows for easy system management and parameter changes.

This semi-automatic tabletop system is built to apply pre-printed labels quickly and precisely on round containers (0.5″–1″ OD). With a heavy-duty drive and hybrid servo applicator, it delivers labeling at up to 1,400 linear inches per minute with placement accuracy of ± 1/32″. Designed for mid- to high-volume production, it supports large label rolls, offers a user-friendly interface, and automatically prevents mis-labeling when containers are absent.
