Using the LabelMill, LM6000ARS AutoRound System, configured with a LabelMill Label Applicator automatically applies labels to round products, .5” up to 1” OD. The product hopper loads the products into the custom carousel drum to allow the operator to continuously load products to be quickly and precisely labeled. The system automatically senses when a product is not present in the drum to prevent mis-labeling. A centralized touch screen control allows for easy system management and parameter changes.

The LM6000ARS–LM3612 is a high-performance label applicator designed to print and apply variable-data labels, such as barcodes, dates, and batch information, onto round containers (0.5” up to 1.0” OD) with speed and accuracy. Capable of reaching labeling speeds up to 16″ per second, it significantly boosts throughput while reducing manual handling. Its auto-feed carousel ensures smooth, continuous operation, with sensors that prevent mis-labeling when a container isn’t detected. Built for mid- to high-volume production, this system delivers reliable thermal printing, precise label placement, and easy integration into existing packaging workflows.
